Ariana Sarabia is an experienced in-house executive and general counsel with a background in engineering and over 30 years of experience advising private sector industries, including government contracting, defense, avionics, aerospace, renewable energy, energy transition, oil and gas, construction, forest products, semiconductor manufacturing, engineering services, and chemical processing. Ariana’s practice focuses on government contracting, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) & sustainability, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance, and she is recognized for her ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that drive strategic initiatives, while fortifying organizational integrity.

Ariana resides in Murrieta, California with her five terriers. She is a member of both the MIT Club of San Diego and the Harvard Club of San Diego.
