Maryn Miller brings decades of senior legal leadership experience, having served as head of legal for numerous global, iconic retail and lifestyle brands, including Lucky Brand Jeans, BCBG Max Azria, Quiksilver, Billabong, RVCA, and Roxy. As a trusted advisor to executive leadership and boards, she has led enterprise-wide legal strategy for organizations ranging from high-growth brands through multibillion-dollar global companies. Maryn counsels clients on a broad range of legal and business matters, including commercial transactions, employment and human resources issues, intellectual property strategy, licensing and collaborations, influencer and marketing agreements, mergers and acquisitions, global real estate and leasing portfolios, and high-stakes litigation management.
Maryn has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations and provides pro bono legal advice to non-profit organizations in the education and environmental arenas. Maryn splits her time between Southern California and Lake Wylie, South Carolina. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, a competitive pickleball player, and enjoys wake surfing. She is the proud mother of four and the owner of three dogs, all of whom keep her busy and joyful.
