Michael (Mike) Wachholz serves as OGC’s Managing Partner, bringing more than 20 years of executive and board leadership experience across public and private companies. He has built and led growth-oriented organizations focused on strong relationships, operational discipline, and exceptional client service. Prior to joining OGC, Mike served as CEO and Chairman of Briefly Legal, an Alpine Investors portfolio company, and as CEO and Board Member of Geometric Results, Inc., a Bain Capital portfolio company, along with holding various other executive and board leadership roles.

Mike began his career as a corporate and securities attorney and investment banker and remains an active member of the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations. He attended the University of Florida, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the school’s College of Law.

Outside of work, Mike is a sports enthusiast, avid outdoorsman, and Florida wildlife conservation advocate who enjoys spending time with family and friends pursuing active recreation and adventure.
