Mike Sloan is a seasoned legal executive with experience as General Counsel of an international venture capital firm, former BigLaw partner and practice group chair, and trusted adviser to CEOs and business leadership teams. He advises clients on complex commercial and corporate transactions, bringing an in-house mindset informed by deep experience supporting business growth, capital formation, and investor relationships.

Outside of his legal practice, Mike plays guitar, serves in leadership roles at his synagogue, tends an expansive garden, follows baseball closely, and enjoys traveling with his wife—often to visit their adult children.
