Where Great Lawyers
Choose to Work.
High-caliber work. The freedom to practice on your terms.
A Firm Built for Experienced Lawyers
At OGC, former in-house attorneys have the opportunity to do their best work on their own terms — handling sophisticated legal matters, setting their own schedules, and benefiting from dedicated operational support — all while collaborating with a cohort of accomplished peers and contributing to the firm’s growth.
A Better Way to Practice—For Lawyers Who’ve Been in the Seat
We built OGC for experienced in-house counsel who wanted to keep practicing at an executive level—without the tradeoffs that come with traditional firms or solo practices. Our firm is designed for attorneys seeking autonomy, meaningful client engagement, and the resources of a full-service back-office team behind them. Here’s what sets us apart:
Freedom With Impact
“The back-office support is excellent. I also very much appreciate being connected to clients and not micromanaged. Our culture of collegiality, professional responsibility, and independence is wonderful.”
“OGC rocks! It’s such a great group of colleagues. The firm clearly cares about the attorneys and the practice.”
“I love the authenticity, the model, the freedom, the mutual respect and the extremely collegial vibe of OGC!”
“One of the best indicators of career satisfaction for an OGC is that, like me, many lawyers chose this role at the pinnacle of their in-house careers. I am able to continue pursuing a professionally challenging career, while maintaining control over my time and my life.”
