Our team negotiates and drafts purchase and sale agreements, structures joint ventures and partnerships, and conducts due diligence (including title review and environmental assessments). We also address risk allocation, resolve title and regulatory issues, negotiate timelines, and guide every step through closing efficiently.

  • We advise landlords and tenants on all types of leasing matters, with an emphasis on risk management, compliance, and alignment of lease terms with business objectives. Our leasing services cover office, retail, and industrial leases, as well as ground and build-to-suit leases, subleases, and amendments. We also support property management agreements, corporate relocations, retail expansions, and warehouse or industrial operations.

  • We counsel clients on all aspects of real estate financing, including acquisition, construction, bridge, and permanent loans, drawing on deep experience with conventional bank financing, government lending programs (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD), tax-exempt and taxable bonds, and specialized structures (e.g., asset-based and syndicated loans). Our services in this area include drafting and negotiating loan documents, conducting due diligence for borrowers and lenders, providing compliance support to secure favorable financing, and advising on creative structures such as tax credit financing and REIT involvement.
