Jamie Duberman is a seasoned real estate attorney with more than 30 years of experience delivering practical, business-minded counsel. Jamie advises clients across all sectors of real estate law, including commercial, industrial, residential and new development transactions, as well as title insurance and mortgage lending. In addition to his real estate practice, Jamie regularly handles a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His work includes drafting and negotiating distribution, licensing, and franchise agreements; structuring joint venture and partnerships agreements; drafting vendor and service agreements; and advising on shareholder and other business agreements.

When not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with his family; and he is an avid cyclist and swimmer.
