Ellen has over twenty years of experience in the software and technology sector. She has extensive experience in SaaS and other software licensing agreements with an emphasis on achieving practical, value-based resolutions to contract negotiations.

Ellen was raised in upstate New York and southeastern Michigan before returning to the East coast for college. Ellen and her husband, Pat, a senior computer systems architect, have lived in Rockville, Maryland for over 19 years.  They are proud of their two twenty-something children and love to spend time with their family and friends. Ellen is an avid reader with a penchant for historical murder mysteries and other genres of fiction.  She loves to travel and spends as much time near the ocean as possible.
