Gregory (Greg) Williamson serves as the Firm’s Managing Partner. Greg is an accomplished professional with nearly 30 years of combined experience as a lawyer and a C-Suite executive within fast-paced organizations. He is an effective, agile leader in driving progressive solutions for Fortune 1000 and public companies across verticals, including the healthcare, technology, financial services, and e-commerce spaces. Greg’s previous roles include Associate General Counsel for Fidelity National Information Services and Chief Human Resource Officer for both Lender Processing Services (now Black Knight Financial) and Walter Investment Management.

Greg began his legal career as an Associate with Holland & Knight LLP, and prior to attending law school, he served as an M1 Abrams Tank Commander in the United States Army’s First Infantry Division. Greg holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Florida, graduating cum laude from both institutions.

Greg and his wife Brenda have been married for more than thirty years, have three children, and live in Northeast Florida.
