Mark Mansour has nearly three decades of legal and business experience in the food and drug industry. He regularly handles the process for securing FDA approvals for drugs and devices, as well as issues relating to drug and device safety, recall management, market access, food and nutrition, biotechnology, nanotechnology, dietary supplement regulation, agribusiness, and the regulation of cannabis products at the state and federal level. Mark also works closely with clients to resolve advertising issues involving the National Advertising Division (NAD) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and to ensure compliance with social media regulations and FTC requirements relating to corporate websites. He is well-known for his innovative, business-focused approach to problem solving and strong client relations skills.
Mark received his BS from Georgetown University, an MA from Harvard University and his law degree from Georgetown University. Mark is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Michigan.
