Stacey has over 20 years of legal experience handling a broad range of general technology and corporate transactional matters for her clients, including as in-house counsel for both public and private companies of various sizes and stages of growth, as well as across an array of industries, including many clients in the Retail and Telecom sectors. Stacey’s work includes drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, statements of work, MSAs and PSAs, real estate, telecom, data licensing, cloud services, marketing and advertising, hosting and development and other technology agreements. She also routinely works with business teams on procurement, marketing, and tax issues, as well as provides dispute resolution support, including drafting dispute letters, breach termination and non-renewal notices, and negotiating settlements.

Stacey grew up in Chicago and Baltimore, and now lives in Vienna, Virginia, with her husband and two children. She loves being active with her family and experimenting with gourmet cooking.
