Jordan Karp comes to Outside GC with over 20 years of in-house legal experience, having last served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PharmAthene, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company. His extensive experience advising bio-tech companies on a wide-range of strategic and operational matters will be valued by Outside GC’s growing list of bio-tech and life sciences clients.
