Jessica Davis has extensive experience resolving disputes and negotiating commercial contracts in many different industries. Jessica’s background as a litigator allows her to counsel her clients effectively on how to manage and negotiate a wide variety of conflicts ranging from the infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights to the breach of contractual obligations. Jessica also counsels in-house legal and business teams more generally on a host of intellectual property and technology matters.

When she isn’t working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and ragdoll cats, reading psychological thrillers, sampling tasting menus, and staying fit by taking tabata classes.
