Anne Di Salvo is an experienced  labor and employment attorney. Drawing on her background in both private practice and in-house legal leadership, Anne provides strategic legal counsel on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including

Anne also advises clients on the legal and practical implications of using AI in recruiting and hiring processes, as well as on general commercial contracting matters. She has extensive experience defending companies in pre-litigation employment law disputes and administrative proceedings.

Before joining Outside GC, Anne spent nearly a decade inside a large operating company, where she served as in-house counsel to a group of privately-held publishing companies with as many as 1,600 employees and approximately $1 billion in annual revenues. In that role, Anne led employment law compliance efforts across the organization, advised business and human resources leaders on day-to-day workforce issues, drafted and negotiated complex commercial contracts, and managed litigation matters.

Prior to her in-house career, Anne practiced at Saul Ewing LLP, where she represented employers in state and federal litigation and administrative proceedings and provided day-to-day counseling to management teams on a wide range of employment issues.

Anne earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law where she served as the Managing Editor for the Maryland Law Review. She also holds a B.A., cum laude, in English and Philosophy from Boston College.

Anne lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two children. When she’s not working, Anne enjoys cheering for the Baltimore Ravens and reading cozy mystery novels.
