Throughout her career, Anne has provided strategic legal counsel to a diverse range of clients on labor and employment matters, including employee and independent contractor agreements, employee policies and handbooks, training managers and HR staff on employment law matters, wage and hour audits, FMLA/ADA compliance, employee terminations, discrimination claims, whistleblower retaliation claims, reductions in force, and internal investigations. Anne also has extensive experience in defending companies in pre-litigation employment law disputes and administrative proceedings.
