Mabell works closely with her clients to identify and quantify risks so that clients can make well-informed decisions on key business priorities, including privacy and data security; private equity and financing; commercial transactions; technology licensing; international business activities; M&A and other complex transactions; regulatory compliance; real estate matters; and intellectual property portfolio management.

Mabell serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Her passions include supporting educational access for diverse students; finding solutions for homelessness and hunger; and protecting the Earth’s wildlife and resources. She is a California native and currently splits her time between Northern and Southern California. She is a certified travel buff, scuba diver and college football booster.
