Billie leads the Firm’s Retail, Marketing & Media practice.

Billie is a trusted general counsel with global experience advising on commercial matters and negotiating solutions that enhance corporate value in the retail, technology, consumer goods, supply chain and logistics sectors. Billie brings her legal talent and collaborative energy to every commercial transaction she negotiates, which include agreements concerning tech development, licensing, SaaS, sales (B2B, channel, VAR), consulting and support services, branding, professional services (consulting, influencer), vendor, supplier, supply chain and strategic sourcing.

Billie’s International Intellectual Property Law course is a sought-after elective at Vermont Law School, and she writes the Contracts Corner column for the Association of Corporate Counsel’s DOCKET. She has served on the ski patrol at Okemo Mountain Resort for 10 years and is an accomplished triathlete. Billie is on the board of multiple organizations, including the Upper Valley Aquatic Center, and is a member of the Parents Committee at Phillips Exeter Academy. Billie speaks Italian, lived in the United Kingdom for 6 years and has conducted business negotiations in over 20 countries, giving her an appreciation of and sensitivity to international cultural and legal issues. She and her family now live in northern New England with their dog, Bode.
