Chandana Rao brings over 20 years of corporate and intellectual property law experience in both law firm and in-house roles. She has worked extensively as a legal advisor and business consultant to early-stage and established companies, with a particular focus on the technology, fashion, music, consumer goods and retail industries. Chandana regularly negotiates and drafts a wide range of legal agreements, including those relating to influencer arrangements; licensing; cloud services and hosted platforms; marketing, sales and distribution; corporate formation and governance; and supply and manufacturing.

Chandana lives in New Jersey with her husband and young son. When not helping companies launch, scale, and pivot, she enjoys gardening and following tennis.
