Donnellda Rice brings thirty years’ experience as an executive, general counsel and principal of her own law firm advising companies of all sizes, from startups to the Fortune 500, in the government contracting and commercial spaces. Donnellda often works with companies developing emerging technologies and biopharmaceutical products, as well as engineering management firms developing public infrastructure, and regularly handles such legal matters as regulatory compliance; complex transactions; joint ventures, sub, and prime agreements; and FAR/DFAR training.

Donnellda loves history (she majored in history in college), mentoring/coaching startup companies, and spending time with her family. She is also co-host of a podcast focusing on working mothers and provides volunteer legal services to nonprofits and entrepreneurs. Donnellda’s favorite adventures include traveling to historical sites, white water rafting, hiking the rain forest, and creating new recipes to the delight of family and friends.
