Lisa has over 20 years of experience representing companies in the technology sector on a wide range of legal issues, including day-to-day business and operational matters, commercial contracts, and strategic advising. She has extensive software licensing and SaaS experience, as well as significant experience with international operations.

Lisa grew up in southern Connecticut and also lived in Washington D.C., Heidelberg, Germany, Pittsburgh and Dallas before returning to her original home town of Newton, Massachusetts.
